Q: When will my order ship?
A:The warehouses need at least 1 to 2 Business days to process orders, and the majority of orders are shipped in this time frame.
The delivery time frame you select begins the day your order is shipped.
Please note that during the winter holidays, the processing timeframe may be longer.
Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on the weight, shipping box/mailer dimensions, and the distance from the origin to destination.
You can use the shipping calculators below with the product weights and dimensions provided on our website to help generate an idea as to what shipping may cost.
Please keep in mind that the product dimensions do not account for the weight/size of the shipping box or mailer. If you are attempting to estimate the actual shipping cost using an online shipping calculator, remember to add weight for packing materials and a box. Box dimensions of over 12 inches can cause large increases in the shipping cost, as this is considered a “large package.”
Q: Is shipping Discreet?
A: All packing slips are generic and do not mention any company information or pricing.
You can be confident that your orders will be shipped discreetly!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We are happy to provide account credit or replace items found to be DEFECTIVE. Due to the nature and usage of Adult Products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and the warehouses do not accept returns.
You must contact us within the first 30 days when you have received a defective or incorrect item and are requesting either a refund or replacement. We will enter the information into your order so that your product issue can be handled smoothly. Please send your order number, the product name/SKU, and a detailed description of the issue and/or photos to VeronicaPlayDate@gmail.com.
Q: Can I cancel my order or make a change of address?
A: Once an order has been sent to the warehouse, it is no longer possible to make changes.

Q: I want to cancel my order but it has already been processed
A: Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. If you no longer wish to receive the order we suggest you mark the package Return to Sender and refuse the order at the time of delivery. You can also bring the unopened package back to the carrier and advise them you are refusing the delivery. All orders are considered used once the shipping box is opened and will not be accepted back by our warehouse. Please make sure the shipping box remains sealed.
Q: My order was returned to sender. What should I do?
If your order is returned to sender as Undeliverable/Unclaimed/Refused, the warehouse will notify us once it has been returned to them and processed. At that time we can issue a credit for the returned product(s). We cannot refund any shipping costs in these cases.
Please be sure when entering addresses that all information is correct. If the shipping carrier cannot locate the address, they will return the shipment to sender.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express as well as Visa or Mastercard branded debit cards.
